Confidentiality Agreement
In the marketing process, we provide an anonymous executive summary describing the business for sale. This summary gives a potential business buyer sufficient information to determine whether they are interested in considering a purchase of the business. For a business buyer to receive additional sensitive information, which may include the name of the business for sale, we generally require the potential business buyer to sign a confidentiality agreement. This two step process balances the seller's need for confidentiality with a buyers need for full disclosure. The agreement binds both the buyer and seller to resolve disputes through the the Dubai International Arbitration Center.
